Equipment Required

Good Morning Granola Blueberry Yogurt Pop

Ingredients 

8 oz Frozen Blueberries

2 cups Greek Yogurt

1 cup Maple Simple Syrup

3 tablespoons Maple Way Granola

Procedure

  1. Make Maple Simple Syrup and reserve.
  2. Blend 8 oz of frozen blueberries in a blender until smooth and place 1.5 tablespoons of frozen blueberries into the bottom of each popsicle mold. 
  3. Put 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt into each mold on top of the blended blueberries. Pick up and drop the popsicle molds gently to ensure the ingredients are packed into the molds. Insert a stick into each mold.
  4. Freeze the molds for one hour.
  5. After one hour fill the molds to the top with Maple Way Granola.
  6. Pour over the maple simple syrup to cover the granola.
  7. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove the popsicle from the mold and enjoy.

Pretty Piña Colada

Ingredients

1 can 16 oz Full Fat Coconut Milk

1 can 16 oz Pineapple Juice

1 Pineapple 

1/2 cup Dang Coconut Chips Classic

3 tablespoons AMARENA FABBRI Cherry Juice

Procedure

  1. Blend 16 ounces of full fat coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
  2. Place 1/4 cup of blended coconut milk  into each popsicle mold.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of diced pineapple to each popsicle mold.
  4. Pick up and drop the popsicle molds gently to ensure the ingredients are packed into the molds.
  5. Insert a stick into each mold.
  6. Freeze for one hour. 
  7. After one hour add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice to each mold and one tablespoon of diced pineapple with a couple pieces of coconut chips.
  8. Freeze for one hour. 
  9. After one hour fill each popsicle mold the rest of the way with AMARENA FABBRI cherry juice.
  10. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove the popsicle from the mold and enjoy. 

Tips for Pretty Piña Colada Pop

If pineapples are in season switch out canned pineapple juice for fresh juice if you have a juicer.

Lightly toast shredded coconut if you’re not using dang coconut chips to have a crunchy element to your popsicles.

Dessert Popsicle

Chocolate Covered Cherry Dessert Pop

Ingredients

2 cups Chocolate Ganache

1 can 16 oz Full Fat Coconut Milk

1 Vanilla Bean

3 tablespoons chopped AMARENA FABBRI Cherries

3 tablespoons AMARENA FABBRI Cherry Juice

Procedure

  1. Make Chocolate Ganache place 1/4 cup in each popsicle mold. Use a spatula to make to the ganache is does not have any air holes. insert a stick into each mold. Let set in the fridge for 20 minutes. 
  2. While the ganache sets in the molds blend 16 ounces of full fat coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add the filling of the vanilla bean to the coconut milk and blend for 15 seconds to incorporate it. 
  4. After 20 minutes add 1/4 cup of coconut milk to the popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes add 1/2 a tablespoon of chopped cherries to each mold and fill the mold the rest of the way with cherry juice. 
  6. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from molds and enjoy. 

Tips for Chocolate Covered Cherry Dessert Pop

Use the suggested cherries or another rich flavored macerated cherries brand for a Black Forest cherry cake flavor profile.
